How payments, cancellations and refunds work when you buy services from us.

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from Vertex Strategix LLC. It applies to all projects, retainers, deposits and consulting fees.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Our services consist of professional labour, research, strategy and custom work delivered specifically for your business. Once an engagement begins, that time and work cannot be recovered or resold, which is why fees, deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable once paid.
This includes project deposits, monthly retainer payments, strategy and consulting fees, and any completed or partially completed deliverables.
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Meta, TikTok or Google is not our money and is not covered by this policy. Refunds of ad spend, where available at all, are governed by that platform's own policies.
Ongoing monthly retainers may be cancelled by giving thirty (30) days written notice by email to hello@vertexstrategix.com. Your engagement continues, and fees remain payable, through that notice period. Work performed during the notice period is delivered as normal.
Fixed-scope projects may be cancelled in writing at any time. You remain responsible for all fees for work completed and for any third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as creator fees, software or stock licences. Any deposit paid is retained and applied against that work.
You may request changes to the scope of a project in writing. Where a change increases the work required, we will quote the additional fee and begin only once you approve it in writing.
If you are unhappy with the work, tell us. Email hello@vertexstrategix.com with the detail and we will review it and, where the deliverable falls short of what was agreed in your statement of work, revise it at no additional cost. Revision is our remedy rather than refund.
If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to suspend all work and pursue recovery of the amount owed.
